Danny Cotton and daughter Christy Wampler, now w/Parks-Compass formed Cotton and Wampler Real Estate fifteen years ago. They felt it time to merge together to better serve and focus on their community.  With their 113 years of existence in the area, and almost 28 combined years in the real estate industry, they are dedicated to being a top notch “local company”.  They are located in Arrington, their home town. 

Danny lived his entire lives in the Arrington area of Williamson County.  Danny and wife, Linda Lillard Cotton, have three children, Dan, Christy, and Stephen.  Their family also consists of 5 grandchildren.  Danny attended College Grove Elementary and Franklin High School and also graduated from Draughin’s Business College in Nashville.  Danny grew up on a farm and has farmed all is life.  Also, Danny and Linda owned and ran Cotton’s Market in Rudderville for sixteen years.  Danny is very active in his community and voluntarily auctions for a number of charity and community church fundraisers.
